Semenax has the stronger documentation for a shopper comparing these two products. It has an individually listed formula in a recent US label record and a published exploratory product study. Volume Pills offers a different proposition, built around a proprietary herbal blend with a simpler two-tablet routine.

That gives Semenax an advantage in transparency and research access. It does not establish a fertility benefit or guarantee a visibly larger ejaculate. The evidence is narrower than either product’s sales language suggests, and we could not verify current checkout totals well enough to declare a price winner.

Labels can change. The Semenax label and Volume Pills label are dated records, not photographs of the bottles that will be sent to you. The latter also permits a higher tablet ceiling. That is not a reason to increase intake, and using more would shorten the supply.

What is actually in the formulas?

Semenax separates its ingredients rather than giving one combined herbal total. Its four-capsule panel includes L-carnitine 500 mg, maca 400 mg, pine bark extract 300 mg, L-arginine HCl and L-lysine at 250 mg each, and several botanicals. The zinc entry deserves careful reading. It lists 30 mg zinc aspartate at 20% elemental zinc, equivalent to 6 mg elemental zinc. Comparing that 30 mg compound weight directly with another product’s elemental zinc figure would be misleading.

Volume Pills lists 24 mg elemental zinc and a 1,458 mg proprietary blend per two tablets. The blend includes ingredients sold under names such as Solidilin and Drilizen, alongside botanicals including arjuna, bitter melon, and Fucus vesiculosus. The label does not state a separate amount for each component. Database fields that omit an individual dose do not mean the ingredient is present at zero milligrams.

For buyers interested in checking research doses, Semenax is easier to inspect. Volume Pills may appeal to someone who wants fewer tablets, but its blend total cannot tell you whether a particular herb matches an amount studied elsewhere. The manufacturer’s ingredient discussion offers a rationale, not a substitute for dose disclosure.

What the Semenax research really adds

A 2022 exploratory trial report describes 78 men randomized and 63 included in the per-protocol analysis. A responder analysis found that 16 of 32 men receiving the supplement, versus 5 of 31 receiving placebo, reached at least a 20% increase in volume. That is a useful signal for the specific endpoint, rather than a claim that every user should gain 20%.

Other findings were mixed. Change-based analyses for several semen characteristics and erectile-function measures did not show a clear overall advantage. Some favorable results depended on subgroup or responder analysis. Authors included personnel affiliated with the manufacturer and the research contractor, and the sample was small.

The older clinical study report describes eight capsules a day. The reviewed retail label recommends four. The publication and older report also differ in how they describe the intervention amount. We would not assume today’s four-capsule intake recreates the study regimen. Do not double your dose to imitate an older protocol.

Volume, fertility, desire, and erections are different goals

Fluid volume is one property of semen. Sperm concentration, motility, morphology, sexual desire, and erectile function are separate outcomes. A visible change cannot tell you whether fertility improved. The AUA/ASRM guideline describes the clinical value of supplements for male infertility as uncertain. Neither option should be sold as a proven route to pregnancy.

If you want a product primarily for erection quality, this is also an imperfect comparison. Start with the distinct research question in our VigRX Plus review rather than treating a semen-volume formula as interchangeable with an erectile-dysfunction medicine.

Price and the cost of a trial

The Volume Pills cart advertises one-, three-, six-, and twelve-month options, but numerical totals did not appear in the retrieved checkout text. The Semenax cart route returned a sales page without a reliably readable order total. We therefore have no independently verified current price-per-day winner.

Both reviewed labels yield 30 standard days per bottle. Once you see a checkout quote, divide the total delivered price by 30 times the number of bottles. For example, a hypothetical $60 delivered bottle would cost $2 per standard day. That example is arithmetic, not an observed offer. A recurring delivery discount belongs in a separate comparison from a one-time purchase.

Returns and practical safety

The Semenax conditions and Volume Pills conditions describe a 67-day window, shipping exclusions, limits on opened containers, and a requirement to receive returns within the window. Keep the order confirmation and read the terms for the route you use. A return deadline is part of the buying decision when results are uncertain.

Have a pharmacist review either ingredient list if you take regular medication. Multiple botanicals and a proprietary blend make a blanket “no side effects” promise inappropriate. Volume Pills also supplies substantially more labeled elemental zinc per standard serving, so include it when adding up other supplements.

Which would we choose on the available documents?

Semenax earns the documentation advantage. A buyer can inspect its ingredient amounts and read an actual controlled study, including its limitations. Volume Pills offers a simpler standard routine but leaves more unanswered about individual doses. Neither wins automatically on price, fertility, or guaranteed effects.

If documentation is your first priority, continue with our Semenax review. If you prefer the Volume Pills format, ask for a current label and a delivered quote before comparing it with the Semenax offer. That is a more useful next step than choosing whichever page makes the larger volume promise.
